The health, safety and smiles of our members, clients, dental providers and employees remains our top priority. Changes in the workplace have been implemented that allow all except a few essential employees to work from home and ensures that business will continue as usual and we remain fully operational at present time. Customer service representatives will be available by phone from 8am – 4pm EST, Monday through Friday and automated services will continue to be available 24/7.
