Beginning August 15, 2022, the Delta Dental of Kentucky Foundation will now use a new grant application portal, Foundant. All previous grant recipients and new applicants must create a profile with the new grant application program.

2023 Funding Priorities

1. The organization must be tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (or working for community benefits).
2. Applicants must service or benefit individuals and communities within the state of Kentucky.
3. The proposal clearly advances oral health care in Kentucky.

• Individuals
• Organizations that discriminate by race, religion, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, age, disability, veteran status, or national origin
• Political activities, organizations, or campaigns
• Loans
• Projects developed for commercial or proprietary purposes
• Past grantees that have failed to provide charitable contribution surveys or other requested documentation
